Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Husha (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles your information when you use the Husha mobile application (the “App”). We've designed Husha to collect as little as possible — no account, no real name, no email required to use the App.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information stored only on your device
Everything you enter during onboarding stays on your device, including:
- The name (or nickname) you choose to be addressed by.
- Your preferred language, voice, session style and goal.
- Your generated sessions and the audio files of those sessions.
- Your nightly ritual time and the days you opened the App (streak).
- A stable, anonymous device identifier we generate at first launch.
This information is held locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers, except as strictly necessary to generate a session (see below).
1.2 Information sent to generate a session
When you create a personalized session, the App sends the following to our generation proxy (hosted on Cloudflare Workers):
- The anonymous device identifier (used solely to enforce a daily quota and prevent abuse).
- The name you chose, your goal, your selected style, voice, mood text and session length.
Our proxy then forwards your selected inputs to two trusted third-party services to produce the session:
- OpenAI — writes the personalized script from your inputs.
- ElevenLabs — turns the script into a soft voice recording.
We do not store these requests or their content on our servers. They are processed in memory and discarded once the audio is returned to your device. The resulting audio file is then stored only on your device.
1.3 Subscription information
If you subscribe to Husha Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) and the subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, which we use as our subscription infrastructure. We never see your payment details.
2. Information we do not collect
- We do not require, collect, or store an email address or password.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.
3. Third-party services
By using Husha you also indirectly interact with the following providers, only when generating a session or managing a subscription. Their privacy policies apply:
- Apple, Inc. (App Store, in-app purchases) — apple.com/legal/privacy

4. Children
Husha is intended for users aged 16 and older. The App is not designed for or directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
5. Your rights
Because your personal data lives on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or by using the “Reset app data” option in Profile.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right under the GDPR (or UK GDPR) to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of any personal data we hold about you, as well as the right to object to processing and to data portability. Given how little we hold, in most cases there is nothing for us to return — but you can reach out at any time using the contact below.
6. Security
Generation requests between the App and our proxy travel over HTTPS. Third-party API keys (OpenAI, ElevenLabs) live only on our proxy, never in the App. RevenueCat handles your subscription state.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.

Husha is operated by ACCOMPLIR LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12785496), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ (the “Company”). ACCOMPLIR LTD is the data controller for the information described above.
