Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Husha mobile application and any related services (the “App” or “Service”), provided by ACCOMPLIR LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12785496), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By installing, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Wellness, not medical advice
Husha is a wellness and relaxation companion. The audio sessions are designed to support general wellbeing, calm and sleep. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Husha is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of self-harm, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local emergency line immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this minimum age and have full legal capacity to accept these Terms.
3. Your account and content
Husha does not require an account. Information you enter (such as your chosen name and goal) is stored on your device and used to generate sessions personalized for you. You are responsible for the inputs you provide.
You agree not to enter, request, or attempt to obtain through Husha any content that is:
- illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory or hateful;
- sexually explicit, romantic in nature toward the assistant, or otherwise designed to misuse the wellness positioning;
- intended to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying models or prompts;
- intended to generate content for or about a third party without their consent.
We reserve the right to refuse generation requests that violate these Terms or our content guidelines.
4. Subscriptions (Husha Pro)
Husha offers an optional premium subscription, “Husha Pro”, which unlocks personalized sessions, longer sessions, and the sound mixer. Pricing and trial details are disclosed on the in-app paywall before purchase.
4.1 Free trial
New subscribers may be offered a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription price at the end of the trial.
4.2 Billing through Apple
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are managed by Apple, not by us. You may request a refund directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4.4 What happens if your subscription ends
If your Husha Pro subscription ends, you lose access to Pro features (creating new personalized sessions, long sessions, the sound mixer). Sessions you generated before remain on your device but require an active Pro subscription to play.
5. Intellectual property
Husha, the Husha name, the mascot, the design and the underlying software are owned by ACCOMPLIR LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
Generated sessions are produced for your personal use. You may listen to them and replay them within the App. You may not redistribute, resell, publish or commercially exploit them in any form.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, our proxy or any third-party service it relies on;
- use the App in any way that violates applicable laws;
- circumvent the daily generation quota or use automated tools to generate content;
- use the App to generate or imply medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
7. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services (Apple App Store, Cloudflare, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, RevenueCat). Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services through Husha.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACCOMPLIR LTD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any session will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ACCOMPLIR LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be communicated in the App.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ACCOMPLIR LTD is registered, without regard to its conflict of law rules. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
