Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap Husha Pro, then Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are processed directly by Apple. Use Apple's official form: reportaproblem.apple.com.

I'm having a technical issue.

Please email hello@husha.app with:

  • Your iPhone model and iOS version.
  • A short description of what happened (and what you expected).
  • A screenshot, if possible.

How is my data handled?

Most of your information stays on your device. We process audio generation requests through a secure proxy. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
